2010 Membership Status
The library is now closed for the 2009 Christmas break and will reopen on February 10th. We are now taking enrolments for the 2010 year and will email and post out membership forms and guidelines to all current members and those on our wait list before Christmas. These forms are also available for download on the bottom of this page. All those who return their application form with their payment over the summer break will be set up on our computer system and be able to loan toys from Wednesday February 1oth.
We allocate memberships each year on a first come, first served basis.
What it costs
The fees structure for NEW members remains unchanged and is as follows. You pay the amount listed in the month you join, and that buys you membership until we close at the end of November:

*Rostered & CSC Members do volunteer duties during the year. A $25 fine is charged for each duty defaulted.
Please note: The fees shown above are for new members only, and include a $25 joining fee which you do not pay again if you subscribe the following year.
It’s easy to join
- Download and read our guidelines and membership form (below).
- Decide what kind of membership is going to suit your family.
- Print, fill out and sign your membership form (or you can come into the library and pick up one there). Circle the fee applicable to your membership type and the month in which you are joining.
- Come into the library with your cheque book or cash (sorry no eftpos or credit card facilities) and your filled out membership form and we will get you registered. You’ll be able to loan toys straight away.
- If you are joining up over our closed, summer period then post in your completed application form with your cheque and you will be able to start lending as soon as we open in February.
- Start exploring the shelves! Don’t be shy to ask the librarian or volunteers on duty for ideas for toys that might suit your child or for a bit of a tour to understand what is kept where.
- Your membership runs until end of November each year when we close for the summer holidays. You rejoin and pay another annual membership fee if you want to use the library again the following year.
